BI8U-Q10-AN6X2 Description
Turck BI8U-Q10-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q10 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a housing and sensing face made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), with a cable jacket of Polyurethane (PUR). This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 2m PUR cable terminating in bare end flying leads, and it has a 10mm thick rectangular body. It offers IP67 protection against ingress, can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, and has a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. The response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 8mm, and it features protection against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and the operating mode is Normally Open (NO).
