BI6U-MT12-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI6U-MT12-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-MT12 series. This sensor features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PTFE-coated brass housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It operates at a frequency of up to 2kHz or 2000Hz maximum switching frequency, with an ambient air temperature range for operation between -25°C and +70°C. The response time is 8ms or 0.008 seconds. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 25mA. The sensing distance is 6mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA or 0.2 A, with a thread size of M12 and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
