Turck BI2-EG08-AP6X/S1367 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-EG08 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a stainless steel housing for durability. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. The M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape allows for straightforward integration into various setups. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 3kHz / 3000Hz, it can handle rapid operational demands. The sensor operates efficiently within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and boasts a sensing distance of 2mm. Additionally, it is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M8, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
