Turck BI22-Q20-RP6X2/S400-S946 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q20 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is constructed with a PBT-GF30-V0 housing and sensing face, both made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for connectivity. The sensor's rectangular body is 20mm thick, and it offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz, it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C. The BI22-Q20-RP6X2/S400-S946 provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a sensing distance of 22mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode.
