BI15U-Q20-AN6X2 Description
Turck BI15U-Q20-AN6X2 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-Q20 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a housing and sensing face made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and a pre-wired 2m PUR cable with bare end flying leads for connection. Its rectangular body measures 20mm in thickness and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. With a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of 8ms, this sensor supports a digital output of 10-30Vdc, NPN, with a maximum current of 200mA. It consumes 15mA of no-load current and has a sensing distance of 15mm. The BI15U-Q20-AN6X2 is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C.
