BI15U-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck BI15U-EM30WD-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EM30 series. This embeddable sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, making it washdown-resistant. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. Its M30 partially threaded barrel shape is designed for easy installation, and it offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor operates at a maximum switching frequency of 750Hz and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It has a response time of 8ms and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The current consumption is 25mA under no-load conditions, and it has a sensing distance of 15mm. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protections. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
