BI15U-EM30-AP6X Description
Turck BI15U-EM30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-EM30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing, an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. This sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads. It has an M30 partially threaded barrel shape and offers an IP68 degree of protection. The maximum switching frequency is 1kHz / 1000Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s. It includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 25mA. The sensing distance is 15mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
