Turck BI15R-Q14-AN6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-Q14 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor and its sensing face are encased in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor's body is a 14mm thick rectangle with a 15mm ring, and it offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress. It has a maximum switching frequency of 8Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The response time is 8ms, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is set at 15mm, and it is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode, capable of detecting objects sized between 3-15mm.
