BI15-Q20-RDZ32X2 Description
Turck BI15-Q20-RDZ32X2 is an inductive proximity sensor/switch within the BI...-Q20 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nom.) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nom.). The housing and sensing face are made from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, and it features a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket for its pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. This sensor has a 20mm thick rectangular body, offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz, a sensing distance of 15mm, and includes one digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 100mA max.) with protection functions against output short-circuit and overload (Latched SCP). Its operating mode is NC (Normally Closed).
