BI15-Q20-ADZ32X2 Description
Turck BI15-Q20-ADZ32X2 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-Q20 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nominal). The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and sensing face, and features a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor has a 20mm thick rectangular body and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It supports a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 100mA max.), with a sensing distance of 15mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode, and has a control circuit rated current of 100mA / 0.1 A.
