Turck BI15-Q20-ADZ32X2-B3131 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-Q20 series designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (24Vac / 200Vac / 220Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 10-300Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc / 200Vdc / 250Vdc nominal). The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) material for both the housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a 20mm thick rectangular body, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and an ambient air temperature operation range of -25°C to +70°C, it is versatile for different applications. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 100mA max.) and has a sensing distance of 15mm. It includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The control circuit is rated at 100mA / 0.1 A.
