BI15-G30-RDZ30X2 Description
Turck BI15-G30-RDZ30X2 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-G30 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The M30 fully threaded barrel shape ensures easy installation, while the IP67 degree of protection guarantees operation in various environmental conditions. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 15mm. Additionally, it features output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), operates in a Normally Closed (NC) mode, and has an M30 thread size.
