BI15-G30-ADZ30X2 Description
Turck BI15-G30-ADZ30X2 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-G30 series, designed to be embeddable. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The M30 fully threaded barrel shape allows for easy installation, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and is designed to operate within a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. It can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire pow. MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 15mm. It also features protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it has an M30 thread size.
