Turck BI15-CP40-VP4X2/S110 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-CP40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired connection with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The sensor's shape is a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The maximum switching frequency is 20Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. This model includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and offers a sensing distance of 15mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be set to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs.
