Turck BI15-CP40-FZ3X2-B1131/S100 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-CP40 series. This sensor features an embeddable design and operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (including nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). It is constructed with a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and is equipped with a 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connection. The sensor has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm (Combiprox) with a terminal chamber, and it offers a degree of protection of IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +100°C. The BI15-CP40-FZ3X2-B1131/S100 features 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire), a sensing distance of 15mm, and an operating mode that is programmable to be either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed).
