Turck BI15-CP40-FZ3X2-B1131/F2 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-CP40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and sensing face, ensuring durability. It features a pre-equipped 3-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. The sensor's shape is a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The maximum switching frequency is 20Hz, and it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The BI15-CP40-FZ3X2-B1131/F2 provides 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 300mA max.) and features a sensing distance of 15mm. Its operating mode can be programmed to either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), offering flexibility in application.
