SMU315LV Description
Banner Engineering SMU315LV is a photo-electric sensor from the SMU315 universal voltage series, designed in a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing and is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It supports a supply voltage range of 24Vac-240Vac (200Vac / 220Vac nom.) and 24Vdc-240Vdc (48Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc nom.), making it versatile for various power supplies. The SMU315LV offers an M18 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20...+55 °C. It is equipped with a high degree of protection, rated at IP67 NEMA 1 NEMA 2 NEMA 3 NEMA 3S NEMA 4 NEMA 4X NEMA 6 NEMA 12 NEMA 13, ensuring durability in diverse environments. The sensor has a rectangular shape, includes 1 x digital output (SPDT rly. contact), and provides a sensing distance of up to 5m.
