QS30AFF400Q5 Description
Banner Engineering QS30AFF400Q5 is an adjustable-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise object detection. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. This sensor is equipped with a foreground suppression system that can be adjusted via a screw mechanism. It comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy and reliable connectivity. Part of the QS30AF series with foreground suppression, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. The QS30AFF400Q5 has a sensing distance range of 50 to 400mm and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 660 nm for detection. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 5ms / 0.005 s.
