QS30EDVQ Description

Banner Engineering QS30EDVQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a diffuse mode with TEACH mode functionality. It comes with an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This sensor is part of the QS30 Expert series and is equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward connectivity. It boasts an IP67 and NEMA 6 degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. The QS30EDVQ operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, capable of sensing distances up to 1.4m. The sensor emits visible red light at a wavelength of 660 nm and offers both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. It features a digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and responds within 0.3 to 1.8ms.
