Banner Engineering QM26VNLPQ5 is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective mode operation, compliant with FDA standards for washdown applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30 to +70°C and is housed in hygienic stainless steel 316L with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring durability in demanding environments. This sensor is part of the QM26 series and offers a high degree of protection with an IP69K rating. It features a pre-wired 7.5" / 200mm pigtail terminated with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. The QM26VNLPQ5 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is designed in a rectangular shape. It has a sensing distance of up to 3m and utilizes visible red light with a wavelength of 620 nm.
