Q40SP6FF400 W/30 Description
Banner Engineering Q40SP6FF400 W/30 is a fixed-field photo-electric sensor designed for precise detection tasks. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is equipped with a background suppression system and comes pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy integration into various setups. Part of the Q40 DC series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. Its rectangular, thermoplastic housing is designed for longevity, and it has a sensing distance of 400mm. Utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm, it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features a digital output (PNP transistor; complementary NO/NC) and boasts a quick response time of 3ms / 0.003 s.
