Q20PLV Description
Banner Engineering Q20PLV is a photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and is housed in a thermoplastic casing. This sensor is part of the Q20 series and offers a sensing distance of up to 6 meters, utilizing visible red light with a wavelength of 645 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for increased application flexibility. The Q20PLV is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating easy installation. It has a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and includes one digital output (PNP transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.8ms. This sensor is protected to IP67 and NEMA 6 standards, ensuring durability in challenging environments.
