RU50U-S18-LI8X-H1141 Description
Turck RU50U-S18-LI8X-H1141 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU50U series, designed with a 20° sonic cone diffuse mode for front sensing. It features ultrasonic sensor TEACH-by-wire functionality and is constructed with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) housing and a sensing face made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), PU (Polyurethane), and Epoxy. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connection and operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It is designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor's shape is an M18 partially threaded barrel, and it includes 1 digital output (15-30Vdc; PNP; fixed threshold) and 1 analog output (4-20mA), with a sensing distance ranging from 50-500mm. The current consumption is 50mA under no-load conditions. It features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 0.2mm and a thread size of M18.
