RU200-CP40-2UN8X2T Description
Turck RU200-CP40-2UN8X2T is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU200 series, featuring a 60° sonic cone adjustable with a TEACH button in diffuse mode and a 5-way rotatable sensing head. It is designed with a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and an Aluminium / Ceramic sensing face. This sensor is pre-equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and an M20x1.5 entry for connections. It operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The RU200-CP40-2UN8X2T offers a degree of protection of IP40 and comes in a rectangular body shape, H40mm x W40mm (Combiprox), with a terminal chamber. It features 2 x digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN), a sensing distance of 50-2000mm, and a no-load current consumption of 50mA. The sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 3Hz, with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Its operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). The transmission frequency is 120kHz / 0.12 MHz, and it boasts a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm, with a control circuit rated current of 50mA / 0.05 A.
