Turck RU200-CK40-2UN8X2T-H1151 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU200 series featuring a 60° sonic cone adjustable with a TEACH button in diffuse mode and a 5-way rotatable sensing head. It is designed with a PBT-GF20-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and an Aluminium / Ceramic sensing face. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The sensor offers a degree of protection rated at IP40 and comes in a short rectangular body (Stubby) shape, measuring H40mm x W40mm. It features 2 digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN) with a sensing distance of 50-2000mm and a no-load current consumption of 50mA. The maximum switching frequency is 3Hz, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). The transmission frequency is set at 120kHz / 0.12 MHz, with a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm, and the control circuit rated current is 50mA / 0.05 A.
