Turck RU130U-M18ES-LU8X2-H1151 is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU130U series, featuring a 16° sonic cone diffuse mode for side sensing. This sensor operates with a TEACH-by-wire function and is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a sensing face made of PET, PU, and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It is designed with an IP67 degree of protection and has an M18 partially threaded barrel shape. The RU130U-M18ES-LU8X2-H1151 offers 1 digital output (15-30Vdc; PNP; fixed threshold; 150mA max.) and 1 analog output (0-10Vdc), with a sensing distance of 150-1300mm. Its current consumption is 50mA under no-load conditions, and it features a maximum switching frequency of 6.9Hz. The sensor provides protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, operates with a transmission frequency of 200kHz / 0.2 MHz, and offers a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated at 50mA / 0.05 A.
