Turck RU130U-EM18E-LIU2PN8X2T-H1151/3GD is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU130U series, featuring a 16° sonic cone with a safety mounting clip that is ATEX and IECex compliant. It has an adjustable TEACH button and operates in diffuse mode with front sensing. The sensor is housed in 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with a sensing face made from PET, PU, and Epoxy. It connects via a pre-equipped 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Designed for ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, it offers IP67 protection. The sensor's shape is an M18 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, and it supports IO-Link communication protocol. It features 1 x digital output (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) and a sensing distance of 150-1300mm, with a no-load current consumption of 50mA. The maximum switching frequency is 6.9Hz, and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), and it also provides 1 x analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc). The thread size is M18, with a transmission frequency of 200kHz / 0.2 MHz and a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated at 50mA / 0.05 A.
