Turck RU130U-EM30E-LIU2PN8X2T-H1151/3GD is an ultrasonic sensor from the RU130U series featuring a 16° sonic cone with a safety mounting clip that is ATEX and IECex compliant. It has an adjustable TEACH button and operates in diffuse mode with front sensing. The sensor is constructed with a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and a sensing face made of PET, PU, and Epoxy. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The supply voltage requirement is 15-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and has an IP67 degree of protection. The sensor's shape is an M30 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, and it supports IO-Link communication protocol. It features 1 x digital output (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) and a sensing distance of 150-1300mm. The current consumption is 50mA under no-load conditions, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 6.9Hz. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). Additionally, it has 1 x analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc), with a thread size of M30, a transmission frequency of 200kHz / 0.2 MHz, and a measurement accuracy (resolution) of 1mm. The control circuit is rated at 50mA / 0.05 A.
