Turck PS040V-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with programmable instrumentation capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, offering measurement units in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and comes with a NIST certificate for calibration. Its housing is rotatable, with a diameter of 34mm, and it includes a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connections. Part of the PS500 series, it has an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's body is cylindrical, made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with wetted parts and a pressure connection of the same material, and features a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time of 50 - 600ms. The sensor offers 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. Its current consumption is 50mA, and it features time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings of 0-50.
