PS040V-609-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS040V-609-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within the PS500 series. It features a programmable compound pressure sensor with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 7/16"-20 UNF threaded male process port (SAE-ORB) for connection. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's body and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can handle pressures ranging from -1 to +40bar (-14.5 to +580psi) and features an IO-Link communication protocol. The operating modes are programmable to be normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time is adjustable between 50 - 600ms, and it has an analog output (0-10Vdc; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). The sensor's measurement accuracy includes a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. It has a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A, a current consumption of 50mA, and a time delay feature for both ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
