NI3-EH04F-AN6X Description
Turck NI3-EH04F-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. It belongs to the NI...-EH04F series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a 4mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox) shape. With a maximum switching frequency of 1.2kHz / 1200Hz, the sensor is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and sensing face, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It has a sensing distance of 3mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. Its current consumption is 10mA under no-load conditions.
