NI4-M12-AN6X-H1141 Description
Turck NI4-M12-AN6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. This sensor is part of the NI...-M12 series and offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance are necessary. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor features a partially threaded barrel shape with an M12 thread size, and it is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It has a sensing distance of 4mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The maximum switching frequency is 2kHz, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The response time is 8ms, and the control circuit rated current is 200mA, with a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
