Turck NI20U-M30-VP4X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. Part of the NI...-M30 series, it features a chrome-plated brass housing with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, ensuring durability and longevity. With an IP68 degree of protection, it is well-suited for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-65Vdc, accommodating 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc nominal voltages, and offers a sensing distance of 20mm. It has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz and provides NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs for versatile application. The M30 partially threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward mounting. It includes a digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. With a response time of 8ms and a control circuit rated current of 200mA, along with a no-load current consumption of 15mA, this sensor is designed to meet a variety of industrial sensing needs.
