Turck NI20NF-CP40-VN4X2/S10 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for sensing non-ferrous metals only, with a sensing distance of 20mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0°C to +60°C and is equipped with a pre-equipped wiring chamber terminal block and 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. This sensor is part of the NI...-CP40 series and features a rectangular body (H40mm x W40mm) made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for both the housing and sensing face. It offers a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, accommodating 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc nominal voltages, and has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz. The sensor provides NO (Normally Open) / NC (Normally Closed) complementary outputs and includes one digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.). It is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The degree of protection provided is IP67, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
