Turck NI20-Q14-AD4X-0.2-RS4.2T is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. It falls under the NI...-Q14 series and features a 14mm thick rectangular body. The sensor is rated with an IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for harsh environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The maximum switching frequency is 150Hz. The housing and sensing face are made of glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0), and the cable jacket is made of Polyurethane (PUR). It offers a sensing distance of 20mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor has one digital output capable of handling 10-65Vdc, with a maximum current of 100mA. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity.
