NI20-CP40-AP6X2/S10 Description
Turck NI20-CP40-AP6X2/S10 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications, featuring a rectangular body (H40mm x W40mm) made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for both the housing and sensing face. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. This sensor is part of the NI...-CP40 series and offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for demanding environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and can switch at frequencies up to 150Hz. The sensing distance is 20mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features a single digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
