Turck NI2-H08-AN7X is an inductive proximity sensor/switch designed for a variety of applications requiring precise, non-contact detection of metallic targets. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. This sensor is part of the NI...-H08 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is necessary. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. The sensor features a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with an 8mm diameter, constructed from 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face for durability. It has a sensing distance of 2mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The NI2-H08-AN7X supports a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz and includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; TTL-compatible) for connectivity.
