NI100U-K90SR-VP4X2-B1141 Description
Turck NI100U-K90SR-VP4X2-B1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a 90mm diameter rectangular body with a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape and terminal chamber. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. Part of the NI...-K90SR series, it offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating, making it suitable for use in demanding environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-65Vdc, accommodating 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc nominal voltages, and has a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. The housing is made of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), with a sensing face of glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0, ensuring durability. It provides a sensing distance of 100mm and features operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) with complementary outputs. Additionally, it includes a digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP) and is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity.
