NI100-Q160-AP44X/S120 Description
Turck NI100-Q160-AP44X/S120 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +120°C and features a pre-wired 2m silicone-jacketed cable with bare end flying leads for connection. It has a 160mm diameter and a 60mm thick rectangular body, falling under the NI...-Q160 series. The sensor is equipped with IP67 degree of protection, making it suitable for harsh environments. It supports a supply voltage range of 10-55Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. The sensor's material composition includes a PPO housing and sensing face, along with a silicone cable jacket. It offers a sensing distance of 100mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The device features a single digital output (10-55Vdc; PNP; 400mA max.) and has a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. Its current consumption is 20mA under no-load conditions, and it can switch at frequencies up to 50Hz.
