NI10-P18-Y1 Description
Turck NI10-P18-Y1 is an intrinsically-safe inductive proximity sensor/switch designed for operation in environments with ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. This ATEX compliant special version is characterized by its lack of an LED indicator and comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. As part of the NI...-P18 series, it features an IP67 degree of protection and operates with a supply voltage of 8.2Vdc. The sensor is constructed with an M18 fully threaded barrel shape, capable of a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. Its materials include a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. The sensing distance is 10mm, with a thread size of M18, and it has one digital output (8.2Vdc; NAMUR).
