NI10-P18-Y1/S100 Description

Turck NI10-P18-Y1/S100 is an intrinsically-safe inductive proximity sensor designed for operation in environments with ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +100°C. This ATEX-compliant special version is distinguished by its lack of an LED indicator and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. As part of the NI...-P18 series, it features an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring its suitability for various industrial applications. The sensor operates at a supply voltage of 8.2Vdc and is housed in an M18 fully threaded barrel shape, allowing for a sensing distance of 10mm. It is capable of a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The construction includes a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) housing and sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It also offers a single digital output (8.2Vdc; NAMUR) for connectivity.
