NI10-G18K-RP6X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI10-G18K-RP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a short barrel design for easy installation in confined spaces. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads for convenient connection. Part of the NI...-G18 series, it offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance is required. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and has a fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel shape with an M18 thread size. It can switch at frequencies up to 500Hz and has a sensing distance of 10mm. The operating mode is NC (Normally Closed). Its construction includes a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
