NI10-G18K-AN6X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI10-G18K-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a short barrel design for easy installation in confined spaces. This sensor is pre-wired with a 2-meter cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, facilitating straightforward electrical connections. Part of the NI...-G18 series, it offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance are necessary. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can switch at frequencies up to 500Hz. Its construction includes a chrome-plated brass housing, a sensing face made of glass fiber-reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30), an Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber (EPTR) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. The NI10-G18K-AN6X has a sensing distance of 10mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features an M18 thread size and one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
