FTCI-3/4D15A4P-2UP8X-H1141 Description
Turck FTCI-3/4D15A4P-2UP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for inline flow and temperature monitoring, belonging to the FTCI series. This dual setpoint sensor features a rectangular body made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel tubing. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and two 3/4" Swagelok threaded process ports with a 15mm inline diameter. The sensor offers protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It is capable of measuring flow rates from 0.5 to 5 gallons per minute (GPM) for water, withstanding pressures up to 20 bar (290 psi), and operating within a supply voltage range of 21.6-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The medium temperature range is from -10 to +70°C, while it can operate in ambient air temperatures from 0°C to +60°C. The sensor is IP65 rated, consumes 100mA / 0.1A of current, and features two digital outputs (10.8-30Vdc; PNP). Its response time ranges from 2-15 seconds during startup and normal operation times are between 500ms to 3 seconds / 0.5-3 seconds, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
