FCS-G1/2DY-AP8X-H1141 Description
Turck FCS-G1/2DY-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PVDF housing and PVDF wetted parts suitable for various applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and a medium temperature range of -10°C to +80°C. This sensor has a current consumption of 70mA / 0.07A and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It is equipped with a single digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and has a response time of 5-50 seconds for both startup and normal operation. The control circuit is rated for a current of 400mA / 0.4 A. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The flow detection capabilities range from 1 to 70cm/s for water and 2cm/s to 1m/s for oil. This model, part of the FCS series, comes with a rectangular body shape and is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. It is designed to withstand pressures up to 5bar (72psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.).
