Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.5-RS4T/S1154 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-UNT series. It features a T-groove body design, complete with cable PTFE sleeving and Weldguard coating, making it suitable for embeddable applications in Permaprox cylinders. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and sensing face for durability. This model is pre-wired with a 50cm / 20" pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and is designed for T-slot mounting. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
