BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.3-PSG3S Description
Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.3-PSG3S is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch from the BIM-UNT series, designed for embeddable Permaprox cylinder sensing. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a polypropylene (PP) housing and sensing face, with a polyurethane (PUR) cable jacket. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast fixed coupling nut male connector. It has a T-groove body shape, is rated for IP68 protection, and can function at a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. Designed for T-slot mounting, it can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A. It offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
