BIM-M12E-AP4X-H1141 Description

Turck BIM-M12E-AP4X-H1141 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-M12E series. This sensor features an extended barrel embeddable design and operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a PBT-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz and is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The digital output specifications include 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
