BIM-M12E-AN4X-H1141 Description
Turck BIM-M12E-AN4X-H1141 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-M12E series. This sensor features an extended barrel embeddable design and operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It is constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing and a PBT-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. The sensor's shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, and it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. It can operate at a frequency of up to 1kHz or 1000Hz maximum switching frequency, within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and the thread size is M12. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
