BI7-Q08-AP6X2-0.5-RS4T/S1764 Description
Turck BI7-Q08-AP6X2-0.5-RS4T/S1764 is an inductive proximity sensor from the BI...-Q08 series, featuring a Weldguard coated embeddable design. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is constructed with a die-cast Zinc alloy housing, a Polypropylene sensing face, and a Polyurethane cable jacket. This sensor is pre-wired with a 50cm / 20" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. It has an 8mm thick rectangular body shape and offers an IP68 degree of protection. The maximum switching frequency is 500Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 7mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with an operating mode of NO (Normally Open).
